or jecrc you must get a rank in top 1400

for direct admission to mbm jodhpur u need to contact the a college dministration because it is the internal matter of the college administration
the cut off rank for mbm is always in top 1000
cut off for mbm jodhpur is 900-1000
the colleges you provided are among best colleges of rpet
so to get admission in these colleges you must secure a rank in top 1600-1700

skit is one of best private college so its seats will be filled with very good ranks in rpet 2009 cut off
but i will advice you to fill skit in option form

abhishek i am not so confident about core branches like computer engineering or ece but yes you can get lower branches in these colleges
jecrc is first preference in rpet 2009 counselling but i think you have some chances of skit

you can get mechanical branch i most of the colleges
last year sc rank for mbm jodhpur was nearly 5000 so your chances for mbm jodhpur also holds
and in most of the private colleges also you can get mechanical branch easily
you can try in all govt colleges also..
your rank is a bit low so i will ask you to first fill govt colleges as you have reservation so if you are lucky then you can get a govt colleges in obc list
you should opt for low branch if you want to get a nice college
sorry to say but i dnt think that you can get jecrc or skit because rpet cut off for these colleges are very high and they are filed by high ranking students
but still you must fill them in option form
who knows your luck works and if you want these colleges so fill lower branches rather core branches

but for lower branches other than cs and ece if you opt for branches like me and ce then you have a small chance of getting it

rohit i think getting a govt college is a bit tough for you as per your rank
but you can try out in arya college as arya group is currently running three colleges so hopefully you can get one of them
but as today`s scenario civil is one of the best branch so students with good ranks will also try to grab it so you should try for other branches along with civil

if you have done 10+2 from Guwahati then most probably you wont be having domicile of Rajasthan, and without domicile you are not eligible for rpet 2010. you can get adamission in colleges of rajasthan on basis of AIEEE 2010 instead of RPET 2010 because nearly 15% seats from every college are reserved for candidates outside Rajasthan through AIEEE and you will easily get a good college if you get a decent rank in AIEEE 2010

Colleges which you mentioned are among best engineering colleges of rajasthan, and to get admission in these colleges you will have to secure a rank upto 1500 so that you can get a decent branch, for mbm jodhpur probably you have to get more marks.

There is no such cut off for rpet exam, in rpet 2010 result rank will be given to all students, so there is no cut off. Cut offs for specific colleges could exist.

BK Birla does not come under rpet, so we cant say anything about this college, and for Jecrc and Skit for cs you need around 2000 rank to have a seat in computer engineering branch.
JNIT is not one of the good colleges so you can get admission in that very easily and a low rank.

i want to clarify one thing that there is a misunderstanding between B.K BIET and BITS ,PILANI.
both are situated in pilani but B.K BIET is through RPET and opened 3 years before.
BITS PILANI IS DEEMED UNIVERSITY AND IS VERY FAMOUS ALL OVER THE INDIA.
BITS PILANI IS VERY GOOD INSTITUTE BUT B.K BIRLA IS RECENTY OPENED ENGINEERING COLLAGE.IT HAS COMPLETED HIS 3 YEARS ONLY.
and not a single batch pass out.so,DON’T MISUNDERSTAND BETWEEN BITS ,PILANI AND B.KBIET PILANI.
